Decision Integrity Training (DIT) examines reactive patterns—identifying what works and restoring access to critical information often missed under pressure. In unpredictable environments, these patterns provide fast, repeatable responses that can keep people safe. The problem arises when they override or obscure real-time information. This work shifts reaction into response.

For example, confusing superiority with authority can lead to high-risk decisions with unintended consequences. In emergent situations, maintaining control is not always the same as exercising sound judgment. Authority is grounded in awareness and responsibility; superiority often narrows perception and limits available options.
 

This work is not about judgment—it is about expanding access to information under pressure. By recognizing and revising reactive patterns, participants improve decision quality and move toward lower-risk, more effective outcomes.
